Beverly McCulley joined Prime HealthCare in November of 2021.  She is a dedicated healthcare professional passionate about nursing excellence and talent acquisition. As a registered nurse, she has spent years providing compassionate care to patients in outpatient surgical centers, and adult and pediatric hospital settings.  She is known for her meticulous approach to candidate placement and nurturing talent within the healthcare field.  Leveraging her expertise and leadership skills, Beverly has also been a clinical lead, guiding interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient-centred care.

In her current position as a national recruiter, Beverly serves as a bridge between healthcare organizations and candidates, ensuring the right fit for both parties. Her in-depth understanding of the intricacies of nursing roles enables her to thoroughly assess candidates' skills, experiences, and aspirations to match them with positions that align with their expertise and career goals.
