An engineer with Bachelors in Chemical Engineering, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) with demonstrated
track record of engineering, improving operational efficiencies, reducing costs and continuously ensuring smooth
operations in manufacturing industry. I have been overseeing production activities and directly reporting my team’s
progress to the Management. Alongside, I have been continuously striving for development of our workplace and
workforce though phasing out irrelevant materials and coaching of manpower. I spend my spare time learning Japanese
language and pursuing Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
I thrive under pressure to facilitate organizational growth by solving complex problems using design thinking, analytical
and critical analysis, and using my organizational abilities.

Production Supervisor
It is a 100% Saudi owned enterprise of Al Ghazzawi Group of Companies and was established in year 1991 for manufacture and installation of PVC windows and doors. The factory is housed in a 10,000 square meters area in the Industrial City Administration in Jeddah. Here, I am working as Production Supervisor and am responsible for: Preparing production report certificate, responding to non-conformance reports, keeping PPEs, Tools and mixed compound inventory report, and handling compound mixing processing and reports. Maintaining effective communication and timely flow of information among Production Manager, Planning Manager, Purchasing Officer, Maintenance Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor and Mixer Foreman. Preparing attendance sheets, commenting on evaluation reports and scheduling vacation plans of workforce. Utilizing Lean techniques to maintain a safe and clean working environment by educating and coaching the staff through highlighting its benefits. Regularly evaluating and analyzing the capacities of 12 subordinates, and distributing workload appropriately. Continuously developing the workplace by phasing out unnecessary equipment and materials for ease of work. Coordinating and assisting maintenance team during breakdowns, shutdowns and startups. Improving overall equipment effectives (OEEs) though implementing total productive maintenance (TPM) Keeping productivity as per goals and ensuring quality standards and other procedural compliance are achieved. Overseeing and maintaining 3 extrusion line’s operations and 1 profile’s lamination line operations.

Workshop Supervisor
For around two years, I worked in my father’s garage and here I was responsible for: Preparing, supervising and controlling workshop activities, including the scheduling of work in the service department with the help of my father Ensuring that technicians and other staff are using their time effectively and efficiently Ensuring that customers receive the best quality service such that jobs are completed correctly the first time Ensuring customers’ equipment and machinery is presented back in a clean and presentable standard Inspecting that all tools are available in the correct place and are in suitable working condition Setting a regular workshop cleaning schedule highlighting employees specific duties Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor and management in a professional and efficient manner Assisting in the coordination after hours call outs and the weekly on call roster.
